Körülbelül 2 hete szedem a Focust. Ami megdöbbentett, hogy a 2. naptól nem zúg a fejem (azelőtt szinte mindennapos volt) és 2. hete nem szedek fejfájásit sem. Először – és remélem, nem utoljára – vásároltam Nálatok.
A “FOCUS&memory” 3-4 alkalommal tényleg “dobott”, jól tudtam tanulni egész éjjel, másnap mégsem voltam nagyon kimerült. Utána és azóta viszont nem volt, nincs hatással.
Ennek nem tudom az okát, csak sejtem: ugyan úgy “rááll” a szervezet, mint a kávéra vagy energiaitalra. Vagy: megvan az a kimerültségi szint, ahol ez az egyébként remek termék se tud segíteni.
A “Relax” kiváló, tényleg mély, nyugodt alvás van utána. Nem is merem rendszeresen szedni, mert sokszor kell korán kelnem, félek, nem bírok fölébredni tőle. Az is igaz, hogy mikor nem veszek be belőle, felületesebben alszom és nem is vagyok reggel annyira kipihent.
Viszont pont emiatt nem tudom, mennyire lehet hozzászokni, mennyire lehet “függővé” válni.
