How do the ingredients of Focus & Memory work together?

It contains herbal ingredents found in nature, amino acids and vitamin B12, which provides a complex solution to be more focused and energetic during the day.

There is no need to fear it, as it does not have side effects and is not a medicine.

Bacopa Monnieri

The active ingredient of Bacopa is bacosid. It contributes to the formation of acetylcholine and serotonin in the brain, which are related to focused thinking and memory. It can have a positive effect on brain function, improve short- and long-term memory, concentration and learning ability. 1, 2, 3

Rhodiola Rosea

It is a native plant in Asia and is used in traditional eastern medicine. It can contribute to normal blood circulation, which is related to brain performance. It can strengthen mental stress resistance by dampening the release of stress hormones, including cortisol. 4,5

Panax Ginseng

It is a type of ginseng native to Korea, the active ingredient of which is ginsenoside. It exerts its positive effect by lowering cholesterol levels and increasing good cholesterol (HDL). It can improve memory and contribute to brain blood circulation, which is related to the performance and responsiveness of the brain. 6

Natural Caffeine

The daily dose of FLOW Focus & Memory contains 50 mg of caffeine, which is equivalent caffeine content of a 0,33ml can of cola. Several studies have shown that caffeine helps to achieve better concentration, alertness and increased performance. 7,8,9

Lecithin

It is found in significant quantities in nerve cells and has beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system. Lecithin contains phosphatidylcholine, which breaks down into choline and later into acetylcholine. It can contribute to keeping our thinking clear despite aging, and it can also reduce fatigue. 10

L-theanine

L-theanine is an amino acid also found in tea leaves that can be absorbed by the brain. It helps to increase the activity of alpha brain waves, which are associated with a state of minful yet alert relaxation, concentration and increased creativity.11

Black Pepper extract (Piperine)

Our black pepper extract contains 95% piperine. In the case of dietary supplements consisting of several plant components, piperin promotes better absorption of the active ingredients. 12,13

Ginkgo Biloba

A natural plant extract made from the leaves of the ginkgo tree that improves blood and oxygen supply to the brain. It helps cognitive functions and prevents memory loss with age by improving the microcirculation of brain capillary vessels. 14,15,16,17,18

L-tyrosine

It is found in large quantities in the spirulina algae. L-tyrosine is an amino acid that is involved in synthesizing neurotransmitters involved in memory, mood and mental processes, and can reduce stress. 19

B12 Vitamin

B12 is a vitamin that plays a key role in brain function. It reduces tiredness and fatigue. It contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions. 20

How do the ingredients of Relax work together?

Watermelon extract

Natural stress-reducing effect: Several studies have shown that superoxide dismutase builds up the body's natural defenses against oxidative stress. Our superoxide dismutase is extracted from cantaloupe, and has a positive effect on symptoms caused by stress, such as sleep disorders, irritability and fatigue. 21, 22

L-Tryptophan

An amino acid that is responsible for the production of the Serotonin, Melatonin and Kynurenine hormones and is therefore able to reduce stress and promote restful sleep. 23, 24

Ashwaghandha

A regularly used herb based on ancient Eastern medicine. It has a stress-reducing effect and can also reduce the symptoms of anxiety. 25, 26, 27

Valerian extract 10:1

A medicinal herb that has a calming effect on the nervous system. It helps to improve the quality of sleep in a natural way and accelerates the process of falling asleep. It also relieves anxiety, helps to overcome fatigue and exhaustion, but can also be used in stressful situations. 28

Magnesium

Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and also helps to maintain normal psychological functions. In addition, it helps cell regeneration, which is why it contributes to a relaxing, regenerating sleep. 29, 30
